Welcome to the wonderful world of physical education! We feel that in this day and age of technology that our children do not move enough and are really developing a sedentary lifestyle, along with poor eating habits. Our mission is to help students develop a love for movement and activity for life along with making healthy food choices. Students are part of a well balanced program that includes activities such as: dance, juggling, lacrosse, hockey, paddle tennis, orienteering, soccer, cricket, golf, stunts and tumbling, fitness, and more.
